Service Description

Our level 5 service is a premium level designed for large sized organisations that are legally required to have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or feel they require one as a point of ‘best practice’. The service is designed to meet the legal requirement as you are able to nominate Data Privacy Services as your appointed DPO with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

This level includes up to twelve hours of support per month although additional hours can be purchased as and when they are required.

Our level 5 service is aligned to what a highly proactive part time DPO role would involve. We are consistently looking to improve your level of protection aligned to a mutually generated ‘privacy by design’ plan. We would also allocate time for a regular monthly Microsoft Teams meeting to run through ongoing actions and any updates in Data Protection legislation.

Note – optional on site meetings every quarter are included with this level.

Note – This level of service also includes:

• Free Online GDPR Awareness Training for up to 500 users (elearning)
• Free Information Security Awareness Training for up to 500 users (elearning)
• Qty 2 GDPR Audits per year

Data Subject Access Requests

Our level 5 service also includes management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR’s) assuming this can be done within the allocated eight hours per month. If not, then level 5 customers get preferential rates on DSAR support.

Engaging Data Privacy Services to be your DPO is a fairly straightforward process.

1. You will need to review and sign our standard DPO Level 5 Terms and Conditions
2. You will need to set up your monthly subscription via GoCardless
3. You will need to nominate Data Privacy Services as your DPO with the ICO
