Our level 3 service is our most popular level designed for medium sized organisations that are legally required to have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or feel they require one as a point of ‘best practice’. The service is designed to meet the legal requirement as you are able to nominate Data Privacy Services as your appointed DPO with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
This level includes up to four hours of support per month although additional hours can be purchased as and when they are required.
Our level 3 service is aligned to what a typical proactive part time DPO role would involve. We are consistently looking to improve your level of protection aligned to a mutually generated ‘privacy by design’ plan. We would also allocate time for a regular monthly Microsoft Teams meeting to run through ongoing actions and any updates in Data Protection legislation.

Our level 3 service also includes management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR’s) assuming this can be done within the allocated four hours per month. If not, then level 3 customers get preferential rates on DSAR support.
